Delivery Policy

Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout and included in your order confirmation and invoice. These details will be emailed to you upon completing your purchase.

Standard delivery fee is R120 for standard orders placed within South Africa, unless otherwise stated, for eg with specific product offers, during a promotion or unusually large package requirements.

Processing time:

1-4 Business Days from the day your payment is confirmed as reflecting in Le Rosa bank account.

Shipping time:

We use The Courier Guy (preferred) or Pudo.

Shipping takes 3-5 business days. 

Working / business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Please note that specific delivery dates or times cannot be guaranteed.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct at checkout. Le Rosa is not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incomplete or incorrect address details.

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, you may be liable for re-delivery charges.

Delays:

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes during peak periods.

Should your delivery be significantly delayed, we will notify you and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
